Lawyer has represented since 2017. All of a sudden now in 2020 I am stuck in a more high profile case and wishing him to proceed with trial and sustain a result without any convictions at all. But now that the stakes have changed for some reason he has backed out of my legal matter without reason. Informing the courts I failed to keep communication when that is definitely not the case I had informed him initially that I was requesting to proceed with trial and he did NOT inform the courts of my request in any way shape or form, Wish I had more of an explanation. Now without counsel and the courts requesting the matter to move forward as fast as possible I may be forced to obtain counsel with my own finances. Since My Change Of Lawyer application is going to take time to obtain a full decision. As good as a lawyer as he was I wish I knew what his angle was in his reason to remove himself as my counsel?
