Fairly knowledge with decent advice. TERRIBLE communicator. Does not read correspondence and had a difficult time keeping facts straight - mixed up people being alive/dead during civil mediation. Only expect a response after multiple emails directly to him, plus his assistant as well as phone calls. I was told (after over a year of working with him) that he does not base his practice on email correspondence and prefers to use the phone. He would never set up an appointment for a phone call (even after constantly requesting this be done), and would call at the end of his work day. If the call was missed it was phone tag with several call backs (each of which was always charged for). If communication is important to you, please keep looking for another lawyer.
