    | | 2/3/23 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 1 | similar comments as previous posts ... Unprepared, rude/condescending/no time- management skills, advocates courses of action that are unnecessary. Had to escalate to managing partner at Kahane Law to request another lawyer - they couldn't even do that properly so forced to drop this law firm. | |
    | | 11/18/22 | 2 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 1 | My experience was very similar to other comments about this “professional” I retained to represent my case.. Extremely condescending, unorganized and contradictory. Needed to escalate to the managing partner. Unfortunately, poor representation such as this is extremely damaging to a firms overall integrity. As such, I will never retain Kahane’s services again if seeking appropriate representation. I’m not sure how much lower I can reasonably rate this Counsel. | |
    | | 5/20/22 | 3 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 1 | She took over my case from another lawyer that moved onto different firm. First meeting, she was not prepared and was late, did not read my case before the meeting. second meeting she was a no show, not until I called her and then she was apologetic but wasn't prepared for the conversation, and was in commute, she said a lot of things and tried to explain the process, but it was quite "scattered" and I didn't understand a lot of what to expect. 3rd meeting she was no show again, and I left a VM quite upset. I felt if my counsel that represents me in a civil litigation case behaves in such unprofessional way, how can I trust her to represent me properly. When I voiced my concern to both her and her manager, she was furious and blamed everything on me, saying she gave me all the information I need etc. We got into an actual argument on the phone and she does not acknowledge any short coming on her end. I decided to terminate the retention and moved to a different firm. | | | |
