She is not there for you, if you are going through a rough time, she will leave you in the middle of everything if she feels she cannot complete the tasks.its all about her...not experienced enough to make the decisions she makes on your behalf...only you will suffer her decisions..not her. She doesnt want anything to happen to her reputation...
