Robert Wadden is a very crooked lawyer.

He used to be a Crown Attorney (Prosecutor) and
now a judge. Which side of the fence does he sit ?
He gets 2 paychecks (one from the crown and another as a judge)
he is greedy man. All he is interested is in making deals with the crown attorneys and get a reduced sentence / conviction.
Where is the fairness in trial, when the crown attorney and judge is the same ?
That is called infringement of the Charter Section 11d.
Whether such appointments undermine public confidence in the justice system ?
