Let me tell you about my experience with Oakville Mediation with a story: A guy accidentally walks over a nail.
He goes to the doctor, and the doctor gives him tylenol and bills him for the visit.
He returns every other day, still in pain as the nail is still in his foot.
The doctor gives him a higher dosage of tylenol and bills him for the visit.
One day the doctor is away, his assistant is covering for him.
The man returns, still in pain, and the assistant immediately removes the nail from his foot
Finally the man is now cured, he is not returning back to the office for help.
Upon his return, the doctor speaks to the assistant for a briefing of what happened during his absence.
The assistant tells him he removed the nail from the patient
The doctor tells him he made a mistake. He should not have removed the nail! Substitute yourself for the man with the nail, Oakville Mediation for the doctor and you'd wish you had hired Mrs. Paul's assistant.
