Office sent inheritance check of over $17k with "postage due", losing check in mail for 4 weeks, making me unable to pay bills with this, & when I went to office to "pick up new check", secretary had DAMAGED, ORIGINAL letter in her desk, & I did not even get to SPEAK to attorney! I lost $40 in wages, 160 miles travel, & $160 interest due on 2 bills this would have been used to pay, However, in asking the attorney for this reimbursement, for funds lost, he stated, by phone, that was not part of his business, & HUNG UP ON ME!!! So, DO NOT look for caring person in these offices, as they will take over $50,000 in fees, but not care of YOUR personal DAMAGES & LOSSES!!!
