Natasha was wonderful to work with on my family law matter. From day one she was very upfront about the likely costs and outcomes of my case, she was extremely thorough and organized in her mediation prep and appearances, and she was super responsive when it came to answering any questions I had as we worked together. I appreciated her candor, her compassion and understanding of the type of person to whom she was litigating, and she built my case with confidence and a clear action plan. She used good judgment in her decision making and produced well rounded arguments to support my position. I would recommend Natasha if you are looking for a straight shooter with a professional approach to moving through any hurdles that may arise along the way.

Natasha helped me with a Family law matter. She was compassionate and empathic. Most importantly, though, she was efficient and pragmatic. She understood my needs and took the path of least resistance and cost to achieve our goals. Natasha is a good listener and understood my needs from the outset. Her law clerk Stephanie was similarly professional, efficient and communicated clearly and in a timely fashion. I have used several other Family Lawyers in the past and Natasha was the best. She got the job done with no fuss, no muss. She communicated with the opposing lawyer clearly and stood her ground when necessary. I couldn't be happier with her services.

Natasha took on my case quickly, and that is about the only good thing she did for me! She has zero ability communicate with her clients effectively and has the personality of a potato. I ended up changing to a different lawyer last minute who didn’t take months to get back to me with important information to my case and was able to help me settle. She is lazy and her assistant is clueless, which makes it hard to trust in your lawyer who is supposed to have your best interest in mind when working FOR YOU. I would never recommend her.

Natasha Beitman Brener is an upstanding lawyer and a wonderful person. This woman embodies professionalism and upholds her duty with the highest level of integrity. Natasha is incredibly responsive and efficient, never delaying action, and she expects the same commitment from her clients. She has an exceptional ability to keep you grounded in the facts, even in the most emotionally charged moments, always prioritizing the best interests of you and your children. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone in a similar situation.

Hired for a kinship adoption. Right from the beginning there was communication issues. This got worse as time went on. Would tell us other lawyers involved were doing work, I would contact them and they had no idea what I was talking about. Did not know how to move forward on the adoption despite saying she was familiar with adoptions. Between her and her paralegal we were led to believe it was a flat fee but then chewed through that money and asked for the same amount again, despite zero progress being made. When I would ask questions to clarify things, her attitude was super abrasive. Ended up firing her and asking for completed paperwork, while making it clear that if no paperwork was complete, I'd be sending her invoices to the Law Society for review. She ended up refunding our money, which was appreciated, but even that took repeated reminders. Absolutely ruined what should have been a straight forward and fun process for us as a family.

Natasha has to be the laziest lawyer to ever pass the bar in Ontario. Terrible communication from her and her assistant. Doesn’t even seem to know basic requirements for signing documents? Was sent a separation agreement and asked to sign it. Sent it back and over a month later she emailed saying oh actually you need to sign this in person so I can sign and witness it. This was for a family law issue and the other parties lawyer ran laps around her. She would forward me correspondence from the other sides lawyer with zero explanation or next steps, took weeks to even have a phone call which lasted 5 minutes and was not helpful at all. It seemed like she had no interest helping me secure an agreement that was in my best interest. She asked multiple times to be sent the same documents because she obviously can’t keep track of what she had already received. She pretty much did know work which resulted in my ex partner getting essentially everything

Natasha is a horrible lawyer with a lazy and “I only care about myself and I am right” attitude. She made several mistakes and cost me a fortune including breaking client confidentiality by adding unknown parties onto the emails to opposition!!! She caused additional stress to the stress I was already facing. Several spelling mistakes in letters to the point I was correcting her work! She also told me I did not matter and was still asking questions like “Were u married?” On meeting #5. She gave me absolutely no direction during my case and yelled at me several times because she failed to direct me. Natasha removed items from an agreement and not telling me why and I would have to find it later. She sat on my file for weeks to the point I was calling constantly… which still cost me to miss my deadlines and incur extra costs. Horrible personal skills and was often late to meetings. Do not waste your time and money with Templeman Law, Natasha Beitman-Bryer, very unprofessional!

Natasha seemed to be working for nobody but herself. Her inability to effectively communicate without speaking over her clients is nonexistent. She did not offer any valuable advice and if she did take a moment to listen to her clients, it would go in one ear and out the other. I would not recommend using Natasha for any of her services, and as a person she doesn’t seem to care if she clicks well with her clients (who are paying way more than they should for her service). Do yourself a favour and go with someone who has a personality, and who will make you feel heard when you are possibly at your lowest point.
