Joe displayed extreme conflict of interest with the defendants contractor building in a restricted area protected in our HOA covenants. Joe threatened we would lose if we brought up lies and violations, often yelling at us. Withheld supportive information from former HOA Presidents, withheld supportive photos, texts and plans. Joe used the defendants contractor as our supportive witness without our approval. Refused to use city building code to support a height violation. Did not inform us of our right for Judicial review after our first attorney Chris Wischer with SKO missed 90 % of a Variance hearing Dec. 17,202 Docket NO VAR -2020-074 and NO APL-2020-002, all televised. Joe used distorted illegible documents which was careless or intentional. For the post trial brief we requested Joe to focus on a shower, free standing walls, benches, doors, plumbing and electrical. Joe did not. Joe used a fake inaccurate plan. We were not given sufficient notice or allowed to review final brief.
