Services received by Madame Beaudry were, to say the least, disappointing. Madame or her office rarely answer the phone. Omission to read and inform the buyer of a clause clearly indicated on a key document. In the middle of the meeting, I myself directed the attention of the parties to the clause on the hard copy. The most deplorable element in this experience is the staggering list of fees charged to the seller. To seal it all, Madame took the liberty of saving $1500 from my share. The justification: to ensure that the publications on the registry are made given the administrative slowness. In addition, no date communicated for the reimbursement. Madam even allows herself to suggest the possibility of benefiting from better deadlines if I participated in exerting pressure to speed things up. This suggestion against the notary I had appointed at the time for the purchase of this same property. Everything is at the discretion of the notary. Abuse and flagrant transgression.
