we hired Phil Dwyer to represent us in a family law matter. We were down to the crunch with the deadline for response approaching quickly. At the time we were very naive and trusting of Phil and had no experience in family law. He advised my partner to enter into unnessary consent agreements under the guise that it would be easy to change down the road. How untrue that was. We’re now two years later amd come to find out not only was it terrible idea to consent to these agreements , the terms the other party were requesting is something a judge cannot actual order if it had gone that far. We strongly feel he has a personal friendship with the opposing counsel and treated my partner with bias and judgement and was not open to hearing us out . He dropped my partner as soon as we wanted to oppose the orders the OC was proposing. Since then we found an awesome lawyer, we’re able to achieve everything we wanted and the OC doesn’t even represent the other party anymore. Terrible lawyer.

In summer 2020 I found myself in need of a lawyer. I am fortunate to have found Phil Dwyer. We have completed our dealings & this is a review of 18 months work Phil & his assistant Becky did for me. It was a difficult time in my life. Phil Dwyer was articulate in his explanations to ensure my understanding of legal terminology & procedures. He was diligent in answering my many questions & concerns, in order for me to make the right decisions without confusion or anxiety. This enabled me to get the best possible outcome for a timely & cost effective solution, both emotional & financial.
