I had a really frustrating experience. From the start, communication was poor. I could never get ahold of them when I needed to, and my emails and calls were often ignored or delayed for days. When I finally did get a response, it felt like they were rushing through everything and didn’t take the time to understand my case.

Poor communication! You should prepare to phone if you need to know anything about your case. They will definitely not contact you. The employees can be really impolite at times, acting as though you are disturbing them.
