Was tossed around by Elm Law,1st by Stephanie Ostrom,to by Melissa Berardi, then was handed to the BIGGEST NIGHTMARE MIRANDA LALL!RED FLAG!Who displayed nothing but self righteous entitlement,always billing,but never around!Had to email and complain to Stephanie Ostrom cuz MIRANDA LALL CHOSE NOT TO communicate for over TWO MONTHS,still taking my money though Biggest kicker,MIRANDA LALL dropped me as a client stating I did not share pertinent info with her,all the while I was already informed by Melissa Berardi that MIRANDA LALL IS reviewing ALL docs pertaining to my case.CLASSIC TELL TALE of MIRANDA LALL'S FALSE TRUTHS,found my case to be a lot of work,hence she was so quick to make FALSE ACCUSATIONS that i did not share specific details with her,when the onus was upon her to get familiarized with my case,AND CHOSE NOT TO,and CHOSE MINIMAL COMMUNICATION,she was belligerently accusatory,dismissive,and of course NOT ACCOUNTABLE,my case was too much work for her,WORST LAWYER EVER!!!

An awful lawyer who wastes both your time and money. She did nothing to help me, in fact she made things worse. I ended up firing her, why take on a job you cannot do? More concerned with your hair and nails then actual clients?

Unfortunately, my experience with ELM LAW and specifically Miranda Lall was highly disappointing. Despite being retained to provide legal counsel, her responsiveness to my questions was severely lacking. On multiple occasions, I had to wait over a week for a reply to my emails, and only after following up with another message to her.
To add to the frustration, when I confronted them about the billing discrepancies and their unresponsiveness, I was abruptly terminated as a client, with the explanation that their caseload was too burdensome. It's concerning that a firm would prioritize quantity over quality of client care.

By far the most unprofessional lawyer I’ve ever had the displeasure of encountering. Impossible to get a hold of her and if you are seeking a simple response to any email, prepare to wait for months. Even when you have booked an appointment with her, she does not show up. Just an absolute flake, you would likely have better representation through a free court appointed lawyer. Do not recommend. Run as fast as you can and look elsewhere.
