I was with another lawyer prior to Alison who collected a large payment with 0 work or movement on my file. My friend suggested Alison and from the begining it was the best decision I made. Working with Alison was a true blessing. We were working against a very rude egotistic council who was corrected many times in court, and Alison always made me feel she had control over the outrages situations brought up by the other party. We were successful 3/3 times in court and she ultimately saved me from potential losing my home. She was prompt and answered all of my calls and emails, she was always well prepared and ready for the next thing to be thrown at us and also knew what was worth focusing energy on and what was not. I am very grateful I switched to work with Alison, ultimately winning my case!

Run! She is all about your money. Alison was so incompetent that months after drawing up an agreement she came up with for child support that favoured my ex not me (the client) and she pushed with intimidation of other drawn out costs, I am now back at it because when he partitioned the court for a full divorce it was denied. Why was it denied - because the settlement does not take into account the true needs of the children!!! Spent over 40k on her to fill out papers and now I have to start again. RUN FROM THIS WOMAN

Alison is all about paper work and charging /billing with no results. She refused to pick up a phone to negotiate and would always say “ I’ll send an email “ I ended up with a worse deal then I had before using a lawyer! Plus over 40k in legal fees. I ended up giving up all child support for 3 kids. Including one with medical issues. She originally said my ex would have to pay support and after many months told me I needed to waive it as not to pay alimony. I am a mom of 3 and probably the first mom in history to end up with no child support. Plus, my ex violated court orders and she did nothing about it ! Why did I get billed for arranging court orders when it would never be unforced. In the end I paid over 40k in legal fees to cost me at least 100k over the years ! Originally the ex husband was willing to split everything. By the time Alison was done, I did not get a fair share of investments etc…. RUN FROM HER !
