I signed up with his firm in March of 2017 but never set eyes on Wierzbicki until my deposition in fall of 2018. Opposing Counsel alleged to the Judge that he'd only gotten certain documents the day of my deposition. Wierzbicki told Opposing Counsel, that " she's under the impression she'd provided those to us previously." This led to 3 days of sanctions motions by Opposing Counsel when the jury was waiting to start the trial. No trial took place because Opposing Counsel's motions for sanctions based on a lot of failures on the part of Wierzbicki's firm. The Judge faulted the client for the lawyers failures. Seems like it's easier to blame the client than for a Judge to put a stain of sanctions on a lawyers record. In addition, Wierzbicki never told me the case had been dismissed because he failed to show up for court. He had it reinstated but, I would've never known had I not checked the case. I had to pay for the transcripts from the 3 days of sanctions on my own. HORRIBLE
