Carter represented me in a PI case. He represented to the Judge that he never got the WC documents his firm requested so, Opposing Counsel was ranting to the Judge about never getting the WC medical documents which led to 3 days of sanction motions instead of a trial. Opposing Counsel told the Judge that Carter's office also sent out a subpoena for documents but, never notified him they'd sent the subpoena for the medical documents. When the Judge asked Carter what happened to what he requested via the subpoena Carter said " I Don't know." I have the transcripts from the 3 days of sanctions that Carter never ordered. I had to pay for them on my own I tried to tell the Judge via a Declaration about the misrepresentations Carter and Opposing Counsel were making. Finally, the WC lawyers provided to me in writing that Horwitz had requested the WC medical documents and that the WC medical documents were sent out to Horwitz and NEVER RETURNED undeliverable. So many more issues. Horrible
