This lawyer outright lied in what appears to be an intentional act to encourage and assure the violation of a Los Angeles Superior Court Order which guaranteed visitation rights to the father. The ask was that the attorney provide the mother’s contact information to the visitation monitor, a very simple task. But what this attorney did was push a Monday ask off until the day before the Saturday Visitation. The visitation failed because the monitor could never conclude intake as, according to the certified monitor, the attorney never provided the information as promised. Days after the failed visitation, and another attempt by the attorney and the client to deny the following visitation, the attorney stated in an email to opposing counsel that she did in fact provide the contact information to the monitor. When confronted with the attorneys assertions, the monitor stated firmly, the attorney never provided the data. The attorneys actions resulted in financial harm.
