Lawyer never called me (as he had said he would) to notify me the house was closed even though I told him I would be at the house cleaning up so he took my phone number down. This seems highly unprofessional. I almost came face to face with new owners. Also his clerk was not only ignorant about who was responsible for changes to documents, she was hostile about us contacting our agent for the changes when all along this was in fact a change that only lawyers could make. NOT impressed.
