WHile Kelsey is quite informed on case law, we found that she was not a strong advocate for our case. We had to work extremely hard to keep our case moving as Kelsey wouldn't act or follow up unless we initiated. Moreover we have had tons of billing problems with her. Besides not receiving invoices for work completed, statements sent out do NOT reflect payments made. We won't return to this lawyer or this firm.
