Very unfair when mediation started over evaluation of properties and would not listen to any other evidence of reason.I fired him for lack of consideration for fairness.After paying thousands of dollars for nothing I asked for the receipts for income tax purposes he wanted to charge me to have three documents printed and mailed at 5.oo per page.This guy is a train wreck and a land Shark .Avoid him at all costs.Hire someone from the The Big City to be property represented .

This is a warning for all Ian Brown's female clients. He won't help you with bigger issues like money, kids, or the matrimonial home. He just pretends to work for you, but will bully you into taking less than you deserve.
