Jane has room for improvement in her demeanor and conduct in the courtroom, particularly when it comes to child welfare and domestic violence cases. In my experience, she can come across as unprofessional and at times, childish, which can be detrimental to the cases she handles. I think it would be beneficial for her to work on her communication and interpersonal skills, as well as her understanding of the sensitive issues that come with family and child welfare cases. This would help her to be more accountable and considerate of all parties involved, and ultimately, help to ensure fair outcomes for those affected by these cases.

She does not put the child’s best interest into consideration she lacks knowledge on indigenous affairs and will only fight for her client without consideration to the child’s well being . She has a reputation of being a bully to men
