After yrs of gov't funded litigation, claims "no fear" family appeal expert. Assistant reviews everything and works the docs while no attention to your situation. Formula: Few hrs of legal research + last minute write-up that judge won't read anyway. No mastery over judge who will just ignore facts. Tried failed trial-by-ambush argument that only works in criminal. Turns out he filed in the wrong court, then 11th hour email that he had no precedent for my case. Became evasive after begging to stay on the file. Filed a motion to keep opposing counsel, explained my ex would not do as well with another lawyer ??? Judge closed the wasted hearing by asking him what custody he was seeking for his client. Amateur grade, pre-decided outcome and then claimed great victory when the minimal fix was awarded that I should have sought earlier and cheaper by motion. No regard for leaving children in a harmful situation while letting himself get pawned off by his bottom-dwelling opposing counsel. Mess
