Skiba has become a member of JacksonWhite Law, but previously had his own firm. He would promise collections defense services for a fixed fee. I hired Skiba, who then proceeded to demonstrate what I consider incompetence and a general lack of caring about his customers. He repeatedly failed to pay attention to the docket. His incompetence led to our appeal of a summary judgement being dismissed because he failed to take basic actions in time. In the end because of Skiba I was forced to pay more than if I had just settled. I would never, ever recommend Skiba.
