Do not let Mr. Hossack anywhere near your aged parents. He has no problem changing wills for ill, cognitively impaired 91 year olds shortly before their death, even in obviously dodgy cases where extra-familial persons have talked their way into the will. (While these same people were in his room at his assisted living facility, my father's last words on the phone to me were " I'll call you back when I'm alone." He never got the chance; a few days later he died. I wonder what he wanted to say to me that he couldn't say in the presence of the people who took my place in his will?)
