DO NOT GO TO THIS LAW OFFICE... the quality of work is the worst. They always hang you and you need to follow up. The keep they promised they will do it on time but they keep neglecting it. Your money paying them is not worth it.

Stay away from this law firm. Mr. Sandhu is unethical when dealing with his clients. They first overcharge and then lower the price so you feel as if they are doing you a favour.

Tajinder Cheema served us very well to close the deal of our house. He is humble, smart and has good work ethics . Excellent communication skills and can communicate in varieties of languages. Always in touch and helpful and gives good guidance. He is also maintaining a good friendly environment in his office. At the same time he his humble get input from his clients. Once you deal with him you would like to come back to him again and again. Moreover his fee is genuine and competitive. Excellent human being. We will go back to him for our next deal. Tajindet and Sandeep Sandhu have conflict of interest while handling matter. They force client to sign and not letting them know right information about the document they want to take your sign. They only communicate on phone and give half information about the procedure. In my case they acted very suspicious and also when I have not signed any direction to receive money on behalf of me they took money as per LEDGER statement and then denying and redirecting blame to other law firm. Very unprofessional and involved in fraudant real estate activities. Mr. Sandeep Sandhu confirmed he knew opposite side counsel very well and after that started behaving suspicious like not picking up calls, cut the call in middle and not replying to emails. BE AWARE OF THIS LAW FIRM. Take second opinion before signing any document with Tajinder singh guraya and Sandeep Sandhu.
