At times there would be no response to calls and emails for weeks on end, except for when a bill was due. Work was passed to an incompetent and inexperienced junior associate. Other work was done despite direct verbal and written instruction to not do so. Rates were absorbent relative to extremely poor quality of work generated on file. Not impressed. Would not recommend. Save yourself a nightmare of your own and avoid at all costs.

I felt my case was put on the back burner and calls not returned, she had all the excuses but I finally had to go elsewhere, it was letter after letter her explaining the delays example..holiday, court, March Break, sick, emails not coming to me with explanations not sure why you didnt get anything or the otherside. oh BTW I had to pay for those letters explaining her position, with a price tag of 650.00 hour. I contacted the manger at Epstein Cole Roslyn M Tsao and that was a week of getting no answers, she sent a email saying without hearing me or calling me she would not talk to me (governing themselves). I just wanted this to be resolved. Kristin is a terrible lawyer and my experience with this firm has not been a pleasant one they should be there for you. I paid all my bills and including her explanations of her reason why this was happening. Terrible, and when you hire a lawyer it is the last thing you want to be doing is fighting with your lawyer.
