Stephen Mulrain knowingly lied to the Court of Appeal of Alberta. He knowingly made false and mIsleading statements of facts about an estate, the respondent and the executor. He essentially had an appeal court reverse a decision using fraud. He’s a malicious coward, so he did so while the respondent and their Counsel was absent from a hearing and not able to expose his deception. But the transcripts don’t lie. His fraud will likely result in a defamation suit as well as civil action against him personally with the potential to have him disbarred. The matter is going before the Supreme Court of Canada and his actions and conduct will be scrutinized by Canada’s highest court. I caution anyone considering retaining this lawyer. He will lie for you. He will brazenly lie to the court. He will shamelessly bully and intimidate the opposing party. But he will eventually be held to account, and in the end, he will create more legal and financial problem for his clients.
