Mr Stark lie to me, he deliberately misled me to believe untruths of what B.C.S.C. Justice J. Harvey ruled during my trial. These untruths led me to file a complaint against Justice Harvey to the C.J.C. #21-0458
I believe that Mr Stark was representing the claimant. Justice Harvey had stopped the questioning of the claimants lawyer to tell Mr Stark that he was surprised that he is not objecting
Mr Stark wanted me to lie on the witness stand in order to cover up the transcript evidence that was made from audio recordings. This evidence would prove the mental & verbal abuse I had received from the claimant throughout my relationship over my wrongful convictions
The transcripts were paid from monies that were given by the court for trial costs
I didn’t appeal, I paid $166K I am not giving any more of my children’s money away. Days before the trial, Mr Stark cleaned out my TSFA and in my bank account to represent me.
