How do I put this...if you are looking for someone to help you transition through what is probably going to be one of the more challenging changes in your life...DO NOT HIRE this man. It became abundantly clear early on that he had no real grasp of the law. Hard to say his motivation, but it does not appear to be seeking positive endings for his clients. He creates undue tension and often delays what should be simple outcomes, as a reasonable resolution quickly exits reality. Witnessed on multiple occasions, Evan was often lectured and corrected on what I would think to be basic legal concepts and practices, not only by the opposing council but the sitting judge as well. This man should not be practicing law, and if you find him in your corner, I’m sorry for your loss.
