I found Loni McDonough lazy in her practice and does not take the time to read the files appropriately, which caused a significant error and stress for my partner and I. Our transaction was straight forward and she did not even get the possession date correctly.I priced them out asking about the mortgage, which they also missed. Now she wants me to open a new file to add a construction mortgage on to our property.
