Extremely expensive, very poor communication skills, acted as though we were a nuisance and would not answer questions. Consulted multiple others then billed us for her lack of knowledge. Ran up bill and ignored our instructions. Multiple errors in letters to other lawyers and Supreme Court filings. Arrogant and demeaning. Advised us that lawyers do not go by rules stated in SC documents but have their own rules
