If you want to go trial with ZERO chance of getting an acquittal Robert W. McFadden is your man. He brought me to trial without disclosure or preparation. I sat in the defendant's box with no prepared defense and without even having reviewed Crown disclosure. Then he had the audacity to try to talk me out of even testifying on my own behalf.
