* Weak negotiator - he checked w/me on every little question, slowing the process and costing me $ in higher billed hours. I could've done it faster myself with a better result (he encouraged me to take several lower offers!).
* Weak ethics - early on he made a concession to the landlord w/o my prior knowledge or consent! This ultimately cost me over $1,000.
* No honesty? After we settled I had a small credit w/him. I expected my $ directly from the landlord + a small refund; but Gribben tells me the $ is going to him!? He said he objected, but the landlord refused - but he didn't tell me this until the last minute (and only when I asked). This seemed "fishy" to me. The "fish" soon came home to roost...
AFTER he got the settlement check I got a surprise bill. For what - receiving the check? I decided to bite the bullet - but then I got ANOTHER bill?! I was finally forced to accept some of the padded bills - The Shark had my check hostage.
Gribben - highly NOT recommend
