I hired Todd Strang for the selling of a business, soon into the deal things started going bad, Todd would say things like "sign this and I can release the funds" knowing full well that there were no funds, after a few months it became clear that Todd was working with the buyer and had tricked me into signing over the business with no funds secured, I fired Todd and hired another lawyer to sue Todd for the funds I was out, several years later Todds lawyer (provided by his insurance company) and I reached a very handsome settlement, I think Todd Strang is a disgrace to a profession that is already mostly viewed as containing societies least moral people. It also appears that Todds firm KMSC supported his actions throughout his attempted scam.
