I worked with Daniel for three long years due to delays caused by my ex and his legal representative. He was transparent in regards to potential outcomes and forthcoming with costs. Mr. Wiener prejudiced me to family court and burned through large amounts of retainer with misconduct and misrepresentation. He brags of his professionalism and spends time on the phone rather than in court. He has no children or empathy for family. He used Agent status to quit my file leaving me unrepresented. Anytime I questioned his actions or retainer, he threatened quitting.

Makes lots of False promises. Told me that he would find a way to "Settle" with my ex husband, but instead I ended up spending over $50,000 Dollars and I was left in debt and I lost time with my kids and majority of the child support that I was receiving. Brutal Experience! Avoid Wiener and his crook firm at all costs :(

I was very pleased with Daniel’s lawyer services. Unfortunately, my first lawyer passed away before my case was completed. Daniel took my case and quickly understood my reasonably complicated file. My biggest challenge at the start of my divorce was finding a good lawyer to represent me. I wish I retained Daniel as my lawyer from the start. My prior lawyer’s costs were extensive and I think it would have been much less if I had started with Daniel. My case had been going on for 5 years before retaining Daniel and going no where. After I retained Daniel, my case was settled within months. Daniel’s approach was aggressive toward settling my case and communicating with the lawyer on the other side. There were no games between the 2 lawyers, all action thanks to Daniel’s approach. I approve Mr. Wiener 100%. His associate Sabrina and clerk Laura are professional, knowledgeable, and an asset to my case. I am very thankful for Daniel and his team for getting my divorce settled and done.
