Lack of attention to detail. Lack of knowledge about appropriate processes. Poor communication (or lack thereof altogether), and seriously poor form. I kept hoping he would improve as the process moved forward but should have really cut my losses early. He did not improve and only stalled the proceedings. Was too late to fire him without losing my retainer. I hired him because he was cheap and certainly learned my lesson: his services are not worth any dollar saved by hiring him over a more expensive lawyer; in fact his services are not worth anything at all.
