Unless you are prepared to do everything yourself and pay this hack, don't call her. This person is unfit to be a lawyer and has serious personal problems that affect her ability to be of value to people in legal crisis. She is not remotely intelligent, honest or diligent enough to handle a personal injury matter. Maybe she can fill out some forms for simple matters. Good luck.
