Mr. Stankavish is very knowledgeable on probate law, and handles himself well in the courtroom. He's a younger guy, good listener, soft spoken and works well with opposing attorneys. The more my case dragged on the more confident I felt with him. He didn't overbill me, and responded to all my emails and calls. He was ethical, and showed integrity (character traits that are not as common as they used to be). He works solo, and really looked over my case before taking it, I don't think he just takes anything he can get his hands on. I would highly recommend him, his work kept one of my siblings from taking advantage of our mom, and he ensured that the estate was oversaw by a third party conservator.
