had her representation for 9 months and we only spoke twice; and that was only after I told her I couldn't deal with her email chains that looped and ignored all the information I was providing. She never once answered a legal question. I would ask for criteria and what evidences would be needed to win sole custody of my kids, and there would be just a dead air pause, before she replies asking me if I want to file for sole custody or joint. I dropped her even though it was court paid Legal Aid. My heart goes out to anyone having to find a lawyer from the Legal Aid list who will treat them like a human being.
