Knowledgeable but only when he wants to be, and he doesn't want to share that knowledge. I ran into quite a few issues where Mr. Luedke dropped the ball - possibly over worked or more likely just more interested in his next vacation. I've felt on multiple occasions that the Client Care Program was worthless because the attorney's, Gunning, Moulton, and Luedke, all relied on clients to pay it and then left them high and dry when things went screwy. Oh, and I've found him to be quite passive aggressive, he's the attorney that will smile to your face saying he's 'doing everything he can', and turn the corner of the office to bad mouth you with his staff. Yeeeesh, just hire Holland McBurns or Randi Johnson. Those women will take much better care of you than Luedke and his firm.
