I used the services of Jagjit Bhathal several years back during a contentious custody battle for my daughter. While her mother was extremely inflexible it was through Jagjit’s counsel and guidance that I was successful in reaching a settlement that granted me joint-custody and co-parenting. Looking back now this was the start of the most rewarding and joyful experience as a father. These situations can become highly inflamed and emotional. Not only did Jagjit guide me through the laws in Ontario and truly helped with negations that always placed my daughter’s best interest at the centre of every interaction, but he also helped mediate when I was at my whit’s end. I now call Jagjit a friend and colleague and have used his firm for other personal matters. I highly recommend him and his firm.
