Business of 23 years losses father and son tragedy 6 days apart in 2018... widow takes on the business after paying $10,000+ to make the business 100% hers. While grieving over 3 immediate family deaths she is robbed of $100,000+(Not including her $35,000 inheritance she received from mother passing 3 months before husband and son)from immediate family in the first 7-8months of business in revenue/profits/assets. 10 months later retains Tyler Nightingale to Sue which he is supposedly 100% confident she was robbed and has all the proof to serve a civil litigation worth $150,000 plus the return of an $80,000 vehicle. (1/4 of a million dollars). 10 months later NOTHING IS DONE EXCEPT RECEIVING AN EVICTION NOTICE!!! which means this 25 year business closed its doors permanently when they have fought for 2 years to stay open after being robbed and patiently waiting for trial which you’d think would’ve began to keep the business from eviction especially with Covid small business “bill 23” !!
