Was bounced to Gareth by one of the partners, and will probably never use Cox and Palmer again because of Gareth's incompetence in communication, timeliness, completeness, and lack of familiarity with legal proceedings. Handled our home purchase and sale. Gave us less than 3 days notice for paperwork with a 2 week turnaround on more than one occasion. Even failed to accomplish the most basic responsibilities such as getting the keys from the selling party on closing of the sale, greatly increasing our fees from the moving company at move in. Didn't even get an apology. If Gareth could forget something, or could do it incorrectly, he did. It would have been challenging for him to be less competent and helpful to us. I would rather hire the fictional incompetent bird-lawyer from Family Guy than be represented by Gareth again.
