She certainly said all the right things to begin with But based on the next three months she Didn’t seem at all interested in helping me based on-dragging things out- not paying attention to details-not following up promptly- asking me what I wanted to do instead of advising me what I should do or offer options.Very prompt with her billing, however…

Mediocre in every way possible. She is clearly tenacious when it comes to getting her paycheque however.

Went in and told her to be aggressive with the other party as their tactic is to drag things out. Knowing this she still let the other party drag it out until all funds extinguished. Nothing resolved. But she got paid.
