Frank Whitehead was an eviction attorney that worked for AAA Lessor Services/the Doolittle Family. In short, Frank Whitehead, and AAA Lessor Services are unscrupulous on many levels. For landlords they would often "forget" to file paperwork. For tenants, they will try to take advantage b/c they realize most tenants don't know their rights. They often will not even serve tenants with the legal documents hoping for a default judgment. This is totally illegal.
