Employed as Human Right Officer at TTC & known to pose as a lawyer to dupe employees. In 2008 Ms Jelly hired & joined TTC Human Resources Dept & immediately posed as a lawyer handling human rights complaints. She was not the only employee doing that in fact there were several and they all caused confusion with union & non-union employees & had to discontinue this practice as per correspondence by TTC General Counsel Brian M Leck. Even while working on files assigned to her Andrea caused distress to employees. She should have interviewed witnesses on her own but failed to do so instead she passed her work onto others without follow-up such when she took offence to a comment made by lawyer Doug E. Burns TTC Legal Dept to a female employee who brought a HR complaint she handled. It was Andrea who wanted to say something about his remark meanwhile when her designate met with Burns he was dishonest, he lied to him about the legal assistant & Andrea never corrected him as she should of.
