This lawyer was my opposing counsel for my ex who was out to alienate and ruin me. My lawyer didn't know who he was until it was in the news that he had replaced Stéphane Langlois. Needless to say his tactics were in-kind. He jacked up ~$250k bill and won by making up facts at just about every second statement or e-mail. He obviously has some type of in with the local bench. The tactic he used in cross-examination was to do everything to prejudice me to the judge, then go with "I suggest you are this (mysogynist child abuser or whatever he managed to fabricate)"... This even went to questioning of my entire hometown as "violent", oddly enough permitted in court. The judge ended up writing his narrative over my actual testimony as the statement of "facts". The opposing party both got so over confident with their great win, they forgot they had to comply with the part of the order that didn't go their way. Its an expensive / wasteful way to line up another case for contempt.
