Unprofessional and irresponsible. He seeks to just end the case, not succeed in the case. As long as the case needs to go to the appeal court, , he does nothing. You have to ask for help another lawyer, and all the things have to start again! Waste of your time and your money! He will let you lose your chance to succeed in your case!
