She is a knowledgeable lawyer and very detail. She is not a negotiator, to solve as quickly as possible to get closure for her clients but prefers to drag on to litigation. Very very expensive. Be mindful.

Lindsey is the definition of attention to detail. Her passion for law and utmost dedication to my file always reassured me I was in the best possible hands. Ms. Cruckshank started in a boutqiue family law firm and is now a solo practitioner. Her assistant moved with her. She licensed in 2013. She was the most expensive lawyer - double the price of attorneys with 3 times her experience. She is bright and if want to litigate probably a good choice. However the majority of clients don't want to litigate!
