Crime - Sexual Assault on 15 year old girl. Judges are held to higher standards of morality and ethical conduct, since, they "judge" others.
Judicial conduct (a judge’s conduct/behavior) refers to the high standard of personal conduct that is expected of judges, both in court and in public. The extraordinary power invested in the judicial office demands a high standard of behavior. Perhaps the earliest affirmation of the requirements of conduct for judges, particularly commonwealth judges. Whether Vic Toews should be charged under the Criminal Code, for sexual assault / child pornography ?
Statement of Facts :
Please check Vic Toews second wife's (previous baby sitter) health card and her son's health card and make copies of it. The difference in age of the two people minus 9 months will give the age when his second wife (Stacy Meek) got pregnant. On the birth certificate of the son, Vic Toews is listed as the father.
